Honey Chilli Potato Recipe: 

This Chinese dish is popular with people of all ages. This dish is made with fried potatoes, honey and chilli sauce, it tastes, tastes and tastes amazing. Enjoy the spicy, spicy taste and flavor


Ingredients

For Potato Frying:

2  potatoes, sliced

5 tbsp Maize flour

1 1/2 tbsp Salt

2 tsp Chilli Powder

For Honey Sauce:

1 1/2 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Ujinja

2 nos Whole Red Chillies, engraved

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

2 tsp Tomato Sauce

2 tsp Chilli Sauce

1 tsp Vinegar

2 tbsp

1 tsp Salt

4 tsp Sesame seeds, grilled

2 Vegetable spring onions

Potato Frying:

Take two potatoes and cut them into pieces.

In a bowl add corn flour, salt and red chilli powder. 

Stir well so that the mixture wears a well-cut potato.

Now heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes deep in the medium flame until golden brown and crisp.

Do not fry on high heat otherwise they will burn on the outside and remain uncooked inside.

In another pan fry the sesame seeds on low heat until light brown and set aside

Honey Chilli Sauce Preparation:

Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, whole red pepper, chilli flakes and tomato sauce. Finely add the honey potatoes

Now add chilli sauce, vinegar, honey and salt. Mix all the ingredients well to make a sauce. bee honey and potatoes

Add the fried potatoes and coat well with the sauce.

Sprinkle well and sprinkle with grated sesame seeds and spring onions

Mix the ingredients well and serve the honey chilli potatoes as soon as possible
