Fried chicken in the oven
American Food Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat butter
4 (8-ounce) chicken breast (with bones)
1/3 cup flour for all purposes
1/3 cup breaking cup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
2 tbsp butter
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine buttermilk with chicken. Be sure to turn the chicken to coat it completely with buttermilk. For another shallow meal, mix together a meal of flour and flour. Take the chicken in buttermilk and place it in a sterile place. Sprinkle chicken with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper. Divide the chicken in four combinations and remove the top pieces of flour, then set the chicken aside. Repeat this process for each chicken breast. Add the butter to the oven-proof skillet and cook the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F for about half an hour. Fried chicken is traditionally served with mashed potatoes and cole slaw.
